KingTide Free Play explained: what it is and what it is not
Free Play lets you try the rooms before adding money. Here is how to open it, and the rules that come with it.
Free Play is a balance for playing, kept separate from the money in your wallet. You can open it without a deposit by finishing the steps on your welcome page.
How you open it
Log in and go to your welcome page. It lists exactly what's needed and marks each step as you finish it. Expect things like confirming your email, adding your phone and birthday, joining our Telegram community and getting your ID approved. A real person reviews your ID, so that step finishes when the review does.
What it can do
You can load Free Play into a live game and play with it just like a normal load. It's a low-pressure way to see which room you like.
What it can't do
Free Play isn't cash, and you can't withdraw it as it is. It has a cap and its own rule for redeeming winnings. Both appear on your welcome page before you play, so you'll know the deal up front.
One per person
The offer is for one person, one time. Spare accounts don't get extra, and shared devices or details can trigger a review by our team.
If the offer changes
Offers can change. When one is off, your welcome page says so and the banners stop showing it. If you're ever unsure, your welcome page has the current answer.
